Once you have signed up you must ensure you update your account, new pictures, new videos, new material these are the things that will keep people interested in your talents. You must also promote your account as we do. For example telling all users on your social networking account where they can see your talents. The Link Up should be used as a platform to use as your own. You should also copy your Link Up html e.g. www,thelinkup.co.uk/members/username123 and share it on the social networking sites that you are signed up to like FaceBook, Twitter, MySpace. These are the ways that people will keep visiting your page and stay interested. You have to keep your account updated just like your Facebooks or twitters however this would be professionally remember the more material you have on your account the more interested scouters will be.

“How can the site benefit me?”

Through the site we allow you to make a name for yourself and gather an extra following for both known, and up and coming talents. We also allow users to come on the site and have the ability to book the different types of talents we have. Wether there looking for a model for a music video or a music artist for a recording, it can all be done through The Link Up. There are also many modelling agencies, record labels, talents scouts signed up and visiting our site regularly that are on the look out for the freshest of UK talent. “Any promotion is good promotion“.

“Is It free to sign up to the site, and is the services free?”

YES and YES its free to sign up and the promotion is free as well. We don’t charge you a penny for what we do until you get a booking off our site, that’s when we have a percentage that we take off the booking as it has come through us. However all promotions is FREE! .

“How do I get on the different page categories e.g. Music Page, Models Page Etc.”

You sign up to the site and once you have signed up the promoters update the site every week and they will put you on the right page according to what you do. Its as simple as that.

Is TheLinkUp an agency?

No. TheLinkUp is not an agency. We provide free promotion to our members. However, we can put you in a position with all the right tools to confidently approach agencies, record labels or different managements.

How do I get more exposure on The Link Up?

Copy your linkup profile URL to all the social networks e.g twitter, facebook, myspace. As long all your material is on your profile you will be getting exposure.
